Here is the changelog since last announced 0.2.28 version :

• new FASTA exports options are available. This allows to export all valid and grouped proteins or only one protein per subgroup, or only one protein by group.
• in the spreadsheet report a new output dedicated to peptidomics is available. It displays the number of spectrum identified for each peptide in each sample to easily compare them.
• a new dialog box helps you to configure the quantification analysis using MassChroQ. It is now easy to choose all important parameters for XIC extraction, peak detection, alignment, as well as checking MS run file paths or choosing output files.
• A legend is displayed on XIC isotope areas to distinguish really measured areas and theoretical computed isotopic pattern.
