PAPPSO provides academic and private research teams with a comprehensive range of equipment and expertise dedicated to the proteomic analysis of biological samples, specializing in metaproteomics, peptidomics, and the analysis of large sample cohorts. The facility is spread across two complementary specialized sites, one for the analysis of prokaryotic and animal samples (Jouy-en-Josas site affiliated with the MICALIS institute) and the other in the analysis of plant samples (Gif-sur-Yvette site affiliated with the GQE-Moulon laboratory).
PAPPSO provides solutions tailored to each scientific project by offering different analytical approaches (e.g., sample fractionation, isotopic labeling, enrichment, global or targeted analysis) at the peptide or protein level. It supports its users from the design of their project to the analysis and interpretation of data.
PAPPSO is open to national and international collaborations and, in this context, can undertake innovative methodological, analytical, or bioinformatic developments.
PAPPSO is labeled by IBiSA and by INRAE as Collective Scientific Infrastructure(ISC). It is also ISO9001 certified.
