The MassChroQ version 2.2.7 called “Black Caiman” is now available. This version brings a new “ondisk” option that saves computer memory during post matching. MassChroQ is now able to align and quantify hundreds of very high resolution MS runs on a standard computer.

For example :

250 Lumos MS runs, high complexity (gut microbiota samples) requires less than 64Gbytes of ram.

A new Windows 64 bits version is available with an easy to use setup.exe file
