PAPPSO regularly organizes workshops to train its users and collaborators to the use of the bioinformatics tools it develops and makes available :

Individual training

PAPPSO offers the possibility to any interested people to come to reprocess their data themselves on the site of Jouy-en-Josas or Moulon under the supervision of one of the members of the platform and with the provision of the necessary bioinformatics tools. After half a day of training, people will be able to reprocess 96 samples in 2 to 3 days.

Researcher schools

As part of [MassProt’INRA] (http://massprot.inra.fr/) (network of INRA mass spectrometry platforms), PAPPSO regularly participates in the organization of research schools in proteomics.
