PAPPSO debian repository installation

To install our tools on Debian, Ubuntu, or related distributions, add our official package repository to your system by running the following commands:

wget -qO - http://pappso.inra.fr/apt/conf/pappso_langella_stretch.gpg.key | sudo apt-key add -
sudo sh -c 'echo "deb http://pappso.inra.fr/debian buster main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pappso.list'

Install packages

Update your system (as root):

apt update

Done. You are ready to install any proteomic software from our repository with (for example):

sudo apt install xtpcpp masschroq-studio masschroq-gui
