This new version of X!TandemPipeline contains several fixes such as column titles and descriptions in the user interface. This version that will be presented at the joint congress of the SFEAP and SEProt in Albi from 9 to 12 october 2018
X!TandemPipeline supports now more identification engines. It suports now :
Identification engines specific scores, such as Mascot scores, peptide prophet probalities, MS-GF raw score, OMSSA E-value, Comet XCorr… are displayed (if needed).
The MassChroQ version 2.2.7 called “Black Caiman” is now available. This version brings a new “ondisk” option that saves computer memory during post matching. MassChroQ is now able to align and quantify hundreds of very high resolution MS runs on a standard computer.
The MassChroQ version 2.2.1 called “Black Caiman” is now available.
This version brings natural isotope support to MassChroQ and a new matching algorithm. It requires less memory while computing faster. The natural isotope support brings more reliability to the results while decreasing the number of missing values.
